By accepting this deed, the party of the second part acknowledges and agrees that the premises

part of the premises of the party of the second part adjoining on the north(formerly SCTM 1000-
018.00-02.00-038.001)and shall not,except as so merged with such premises,constitute a separate
building site under applicable laws,rules and regulations.A perimeter description of said merged
parcel is set forth on Schedule B hereto.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any
