BOoth Town Clerk ~.[~E~ING OF JUNE 17, 19~8,_ A public hearing was held by the °outhoid Town Board at Village Hall in Greenport on Tuesday, June 17~ 1958~ with the following present: Councilmen &lbertson and Demarest$ Justices Tuthill and ClarkS Town Attorney Tasker and To~n Clerk Booth. This hearing was on the proposal to amend the Building .Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold by changing from ~A" Residential and Agricultural District to ~B" Business District on a parcel of land situate in Southold and a parcel of land situate in Cutchogue~ by changing from "A" Residentail and Agric. District to "M" Multiple Residence District on a parcel of land situate at Fleets Neck~ Cutchogue~ and from "~: Residential and Agric. Dist. to "C" Industrial District on a parcel of land situate at Peconic. Councilman ~lbertson opened the hearing at 7:30 P.M.. Town Attorney Tasker read the call of the hearing. Councilman llbertson called upon any person present who wished to speak either for or against the pro- posal to amend the building zone ordinance on the aforesaid parcels of land. The hearing was duly closed at 9:00 P.M. Th~ minutes of this hearing were recorded by George T. Lederle. The Board adjourned to the Supervisor"s Office to hold a Town Board Meeting.
