They wish to divide the parcel into two parcels, one of which will contain 24,888 square feet and the second one will contain 24,887 square feet. Both parcels will have approximately 126 feet of road frontage. The findings of the Board are that this will not effect the area because of the size of the existing lots in the area. It is only fair to permit these two lots to be created since each of them will be 20 to 25 percent larger than the lots to the north and south of the applicant.
