SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Laurel,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and being a portion of Lot 1 and No. 2 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation, Laurel, L.I. ,
New York, Dudley Park", made and surveyed in May 1927 by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor,
Riverhead, New York, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office September 17, 1928
under Map No. 212 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a monument set at the point of intersection of the southerly line of
Peconic Bay Boulevard and the easterly line of lands now or formerly of H. Spedick; and
RUNNING THENCE North 48 degrees 58 minutes East along the southerly line of said
Boulevard 103.67 feet to a monument and lands now or formerly of Vera J. Lutz;
THENCE running South 17 degrees 30 minutes East along lands now or formerly of Vera J.
Lutz 233.72 feet to a point;
THENCE southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 10.0 feet, a distance
of 15.57 feet to a point;
