Jeffrey Patanjo on behalf of MICHAEL&ERIN MANGAN request a Wetland Permit to remove and replace
existing timber bulkhead with ±104' long new vinyl bulkhead in same location as existing with a proposed 10'
long easterly vinyl return, and to establish and perpetually maintain the existing 15' wide non-turf buffer along
the landward edge of the bulkhead. Located: 350 Blue Marlin Drive, Southold. SCTM# 1000-57-1-5
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based
upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department and
the records available to me, I recommend that the action is CONSISTENT with LWRP.
1. It is recommended that the buffer be vegetated to prevent erosion of the sand.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
