Sol Searcher Consulting on behalf of NEIL &AMY MCGOLDRICK requests a Wetland
Permit to remove and replace in place existing bulkhead and 14' long norther return with an
overall combined length of±229'; elevation of new bulkheading to be raised 18" above
existing top cap; bulkhead and return to have vinyl sheathing with 10" diameter pilings 6'
on-center, 6"x6" whalers, vertical deadmen with horizontal lay-logs or helix screws for
backing system with a fiberglass grated top cap along the entire length; perform
reclamation dredging limited to the existing boat basin to a maximum depth of 4'; approx.
15 cubic yards of dredge material to be placed behind raised bulkhead; remove as-built
wood dock, ramp and floats install a 3'x16' ramp to a 6'x20' floating dock situated in a "I"
configuration and secured by two (2) 8" diameter anchor pilings; install water and electric to
the dock; remove north and south beach access stairs, reinstall southern 3'x6' beach
access stairs using non-treated lumber; install 36" high fall protection fencing; and to
establish and perpetually maintain a 10' wide non-turf buffer along the landward side of the
entire bulkhead. Located: 1671 Meadow Beach Lane, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-116-4-16.4
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of
the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP)
Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency
Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is
my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with LWRP.
1. Turbidity controls are required.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in
preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

A. INSTRUCTIONS PLANNING BOARD
1. All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
2. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfront Revitalization Program. A proposed.action will be evaluated as to .its si cant
beneficial and adverse effects upon-the coastal.area(whic6 includes all.of Southold Town).
3. If any question in Section C on this form is answered "yes" or"no", then the proposed action will
affect the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency
review law. Thus, each. answer must be.ei plained irr detail,;listing both supporting and noa-
suypordna facts.. If an action cannot be certified as consistent with the LWRP policy standards and
conditions,it shall not be undertaken.

vinyl sheathing with 10" pilings,6' on center, 6"X6"whalers, vertical deadman with horizontal
lay logs or helix screws for backing system with fiberglass grated cap along the entire length.
Project includes reclamation dredging limited to the existing boat basin to a maximum depth of
4 ft. Approximately 15 cubic yards of dredge material to be placed behind raised bulkhead.
Existing platform, ramp and floats to be removed prior to construction and replaced in place
post-construction. Install/Maintain existing 10' non-turf buffer along entire length of bulkhead.
All as per plans dated October 15, 2024.
