Jeffrey Patanjo on behalf of DAVID & PAMELA KENNEY requests a Wetland Permit to
remove and replace 150 linear feet of existing timber bulkhead with new vinyl bulkhead
in same location as existing; install a proposed 15 linear foot long bulkhead return on
north side; remove and replace existing 4' wide by 54' total length steps to beach in
same location as existing using un-treated timber decking; revegetate disturbed bluff
after bulkhead installation with Cape American beach grass plugs at 24" on-center for
entire disrupted area. Located: 190 Town Harbor Terrace, Southold; SCTM# 1000-66-1-
32
The action is recommended as CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
To further Policy 6, it is recommended that the Board require a multi-year survivability warranty
for all planted vegetation.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in
preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
