Located: 290 Old Cove Boulevard, Southold. SCTM# 1000-52-2-12.1 The action is recommended as INCONSISTENT with policy 6.3 for the following reasons: 1. The as-built single structures were constructed without Board of Trustee review or permits. If the action is approved, a vegetated non-turf buffer is recommended landward of this high- quality marine wetland system. An I/A sanitary system upgrade should be required. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
