Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, the proposal is recommended as CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies. A 15 wide non-turf buffer was required on the property pursuant to Board of Southold Town Trustees 8745 & 8745C permits.
