A public hearing wes held by the Southold Town Board at the Supervisor's
Office in Greenpor~, on February 17, 1958, with the following present:
Supervisor Klzpp, ouncilm~n Albertson and Demarest; Justice Clark and
Attorney Tasker.
This hearing was on the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance
of the Town of Southold by changing from "A" Residential and Agricult-
ural District to "B" Business District on the petitions of T~E CHASE
MANHATTAN BANK and LYDIA CADUGAN on property situate at Cutchogue, Town
of Southold, N.Y.. Supervisor Klipp opened the hearing st 7:30 P.M. ' ~
and read the call of the meeting. He then called upon any person present
who wished to speak either for or against the aforesaid proposals to
amend the Building Zone Ordinance. The minutes of this meeting were
recorded by George Lederle.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Councilman Demarest:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly meeting of th~ Board will be held
at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp st Greenport, on Tuesday,
February 25, 1958,.et 1:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board. Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Council men Albertson end
Demarest and Justice~ Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest:
WHEREAS, a petition was heretofore filed with the Town Board of the
Town of Southold by THE CHASE M~NHATTAN BANK requesting a change~ modif-
ication an8 amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance, including the
Building Zone Maps made a part thereof by changing from "A" Residential
and Agricultural District to "B" Business District the property described
in ~aid petition~ and
WHEREAS, said petition was duly referred to the Planning Board for its
investigation, recommendation and report~ and its report having been
filed with the Town Board, and thereafter, a public hearing in relation
to said petition having been duly held by the Town Board on the 17th
day of FebrUary, 1958, and due deliberation having been had thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the relief demanded in said petition,
be~ and it hereby is granted.

WHEREAS, a petition was heretofore filed with the Town Board of the
Town of Southold by ALBERT SACC0 requesting a change, modification and
amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance including the Building Zone
Maps made a part thereof by changing from "A" Residential and Agricult-
ural D~strict to "B~ Business District the property described in said
petition, and
WHEREAS, said petition w~s duly referred to the Planning Board for its
investigation, recommendTtion and report, and its report having been
filed ~ith the Town Board~ and thereafter, a public hearing in relation
to said petition having been duly held by the Town Board on the 28th
d~y of January, 1958, snd due deliberation having been had thereon
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the relief demanded in said petition
be, snd it hereby is granted. . '

Town of Oouthold by LYDIA CADUGAN requesting a change~ modification and
amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance including the Building Zone
Maps m~de a part thereof by changing from "A~' Rewidential and Agricultural
District to "B" Business District the property described in said petition,
and
WHEREAS~ said petition was duly referred to the Planning Board for its
investigation, recommendation adn report, and its report having been filed
with the Town Board, and thereafter~ a public hearing in relation to said
petition having been duly held by the Town Board on the 17~h day of Feb.
1958, and due deliberation having been had thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: that the relief demanded in said petition~
be, and hereby is granted.

Towh of Southold by VERONICA FROHNE requesting a changer modification
and amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance including the Building
Zone Maps made a part thereof by changing from "A" Residential ~nd
Agricultural District to ~Bu Business District the property described
in said petition~ and
¥~IEREAS: said petition was duly referred to the Planning Board for
i~s report~ investiga~o~ and recommendation~ and its report having
been file8 with the Town Board~ ahd thereafter~ a public hearing
in relation to said petition having been duly held by the Town Board
on the 21st day of Januery~ 19~8~ and due deliberation having been had
thereon
NOW'~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the relief demanded in sai~
petition be~ and it hereby is denied.

BEG%NNING at the southwesterly co'~ner of the premises herein des-
~cribed at a point in the easterly line of New Suffolk Lane and at
the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Ellis F. Billard
and Natalie T. Billard~ his wife; running thence North 9 degrees
53 minutes 20 seconds West along the easterly line of New Suffolk
