As discussed, John came to inspect my house on March 1 Oth for building permit 50005. He requested the following items in order to meet the requirements to get the CO and advised that I could email them. 0p4- Su rQ, a jh&4- } 1. Amended plans with measurements of the raised patio. See attached., f-c& as VI't' 2. Photos of the footings. Attached are some pictures that my contractor took. His name is Brandon Lake from Northfork Landscapes. His commentary on the footings: "We put 9 sono tubes total with rebar across the whole area where the raised patio is. Then put wire mesh and rebar in 6 inches of concrete slab connecting to the sono tubes. Then layed the pavers on that." 3. You requested us to install a railing on our other stoop. We had it installed. Picture attached. Could you please review and advise if this is enough to meet the requirements?
