the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold

BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the northeasterly side of Old Orchard Road and the northwesterly

RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Old Orchard Road along an irregular curve bearing to the left having a
radius of 947.56 feet, a distance of 120.75 feet;
THENCE North 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds East, 96.20 feet;
THENCE South 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East, 120.15 feet to the northwesterly side of Oak Court;
