ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southerly side of Main State Road at the northwest corner of the herein
described premises where the same is intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly of Mary Ellen Stevens
Revocable Trust; said point also being distant 2,9863 feet, more or less, as measured along Main State Road from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Main State Road with the easterly side of Narrow River Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning in a generally easterly direction along the southerly side of Main State
Road along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 1900 feet a distance of 119.76 feet to a concrete
monument and land now or formerly of Webber;
RUNNING THENCE along said land the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. South 10 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West, 184.00 feet;
2. North 84 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West, 100.00 feet to a monument land now or formerly of Mary Ellen Stevens
Revocable Trust, first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 5 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East, 219.37 feet to a concrete monument
on the southerly side of Main State Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
premises which by law constitute real property.
