Robert Corazzini, I am the owner of RJ Corazzini Electric a locally owned small business
employing 5 employee's, I purchased the property 33195 Main Rd. Cutchogue 13 years ago.
The property is pre existing Non conforming with a home that has been there since the
1940s currently occupied by family zoned Business, I want to be sure that whatever zoning
is proposed will not impact my property? As my business grows and looking ahead to the
future it is possible that I might need to utilize the uses provided in the business zone that
currently covers the property.
