Respondent ID: 114877434484
Q1: General Feedback: Do you feel the proposed zoning updates reflect the
needs of your community?
No / Concerns as follows: does not address Aquaculture processing? It is defined as
agricultural but processing currently takes place in R20 and R40 which creates challenges.
Aquaculture storage should not be allowed in R zones due to noise and smell. Aguaculture
should require a special use variance in R zoning. Why no accessory dwellings allowed in M1
or M2? Why docks can only be used by owners or residents? Why limted to two vehicles in
two car garges? They should be allowed to incorporate car lifts and house more than two
vehicles. Why no animals allowed within 40 ft of property for Agriculture. requires 20 non
turf buffer on creeks. Can Trustees give variance to this rule? Fine for clearcutting lots
should be $25,000.
