Are Wetlands considered buildable? Specifically in a HD zone? I specifically noticed there
are wetlands noted in the HD zone that borders Equestrian and Winthrop Drive. And a
map edit: Wetlands, at the bottom of the map Index noted in Gray is listed as Other in the
color coded index - this wording should be changed to Wetlands. (The wetlands are also
shown on the printed map in the Community Center.) I have maps with this visually if
Heather would like them.
