This district requires a minimum lot size of 80,000 square feet. The lot as proposed is 48,000 square feet in area, thus requiring a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Planning Board can not proceed with the subdivision review until such time that a variance is granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals. Therefore, it is recommended that you make an application to the Zoning Board as soon as possible.
