Vote for acceptance of 8/3/04 minutes held until next meeting. Applications: The members entered into EXECUTIVE SESSION. · BOOTH & OTHERS PROPERTY: SCTM #: 1000-51-2-8 Location: 17240 Soundview Avenue, Southold Total Acreage: +27.54 acres Zoned: A-C CPF: yes Discussed status of contract, LPC offer, and correspondence from landowner. MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by Michelle Zaloom, to increase offer subject to an updated appraisal supporting the value of the offer and signing the contract within thirty (30) days of receiving the updated appraisal. Motion carried 5/0. · BIDWELL (PIPIA) PROPERTY: SCTM #: 1000-96-4-4.3 Location: 18910 CR 48, Cutchogue Total Acreage: +15 acres PDR Acreage: +12 acres Zoned: A-C CPF: Yes Reviewed status of LPC offer and correspondence from attorney for landowner. Members agreed to stand at offer proposed to contract vendees. Melissa directed to contact Pipia's attorney to explain offer and possibly set up a meeting with the contract vendees and/or their attorney together with John Sepenoski, representing the Land Preservation Committee. END OF EXECUTIVE SESSION KRUPSKI PROPERTY: SCTM #: 1000-95-4-9 Location: 8900 Oregon Road, Cutchogue Total Acreage: +6.09 acres Zoned: A-C CPF: PLT SCTM #: 1000-95-4-10 Location: 7155 Depot Depot Lane, Cutchogue Total Acreage: +19.58 acres Zoned: A-C CPF: Yes Reviewed status. Peconic Land Trust has signed contract with property owner. Tim Caufield, of Peconic Land Trust, to attend next LPC meeting with status update. SILL PROPERTY (Pipe's Cove area) SCTM # 1000-45-5-3 Location: 70282 Main Road, Greenport Total Acreage: +15.20 acres Zoned: LIO CPF: Yes Reviewed inquiry. Randy Parsons, The Nature Conservancy, met with Sill's attorney. There are two parcels. Possible proposal being discussed would be to give Julia Sill life estate. MOTION made by Eric Keil, seconded by John Sepenoski, to direct Randy Parsons to order an appraisal of the properties. Motion carried 5/0. General: · Discussion of State Ag & Markets grant requirement. Melissa distributed handout with grant requirements/deed language for members' review. Discussion and options will continue at next meeting. New grant application due by October 3, 2004 listing properties eligible for grant funding.
