Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Tuthill, Clark and.Demarest, end the Planning Board. The Town Board discussed at length with the Planning Board about highways and streets in Open Developement Ar~as, pursuant to the provisions of Section 280-a of the Town Law. Minutes of this discussion were taken by the Planning Board. A public hearing was called by.the Southold Town Board at the Town Clerk's Office, Southold, N.Y. on December 5~. 1957. Due to the great number of people attending, it was necessary to hold the meeting at ~he Legion Hall. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Tuthlll, Clark and Demarest. This meeting was on the proposals to amend the Building Zone Ord'inance of the Tow~ of Southold by changing from "A" Residential and Agriultural District te "B" Business District on parcels owned by James Wasson~ Arthur Mehl: Angelo and Georgette PetrUcciand Jack and Irving Levine. The minutes of this meeting were recorded by George T, Lederle. Moved by Justice Demarest; seconded by Justice Clark: RESOLVED: That .the Lighting District Bills in the sum of $1,611.b8 be and the same are hereby ordered paid.
