WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vestod
in the County of Suffolk., Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk

owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 58 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 58 and described as follows:

B G,INNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Wesley & Rose Simchick, reputed owner on the East,
and the lands Amelia Simchick, reputed owner on the West, said point
being 10 ±feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 181 + 94 f
of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction
of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 70 t
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station
182 + 02 -E of said center line; thence Westerly on a curve deflecting to the
right having a radius of 11,519. 16 feet an arc distance of 81 !:feet to a point
of reverse curvature 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from
station 181 + 22.00 of said center line; thence Southerly on a curve deflecting
to the left having a radius of 72 e.feet an arc distance of 118 t feet to its
point of tanjency on the Easterly boundary of the existing Alvah's Lane, the
last mentioned point being 136 :::feet distant Southerly, measured radially from
station 180 + 51 ±of the said center line; thence Northerly along the said
Easterly boundary 147 :�:feet to its intersection with the said Southerly boundary
of Middle Road, the last mentioned point being 11 •:feet distant Northerly,
measured radially from station 180 + 41 _.of said center line; thence Easte$y
along the last ientioned boundary of said existing road 155 :k feet to the point of
beginning,; being 12144 t s.f. or 0.279 acres more orless.
