WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August, , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk,, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk

owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 49 , which said parcel of property
Is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. 27, as shown on Map No. 49 and described as follows:
PARCEL "A" -
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing Middle Road
at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands
of John C. Tuthill, reputed owner, on the West, and the lands of Ernest C.
Tuthill, reputed owner on the East, said point being 4 t feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 141 + 97 t of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. 27,
thence Southerly along said division line 64 f feet to a point 60.00 feet distant
Southerly measured at right angles, from station 141 + 94 f of said center line;
thence Westerly 328 f feet to a point of tangency 32.00 feet distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from station "S" 16+ 12.48 of the survey "S" line;
thence Westerly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius'of 283Z.79 feet,
an arc distance of 170 t feet to a point of compound curvature 32.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured radially from station "S" 14+ 39.00 of said "S" survey
line; thence Southerly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 72+
feet an arc distance of 103 t feet to a point of tangency on the Easterly boundary
of Elijah's Lane, the last mentioned point being 97 t feet distant Southerly,
measured radially from station "S" 13 + 65 f of the said "S" survey line; thence
Northerly along the said boundary 107 1:feet to a point on the Southerly boundary
of said existing Middle Road, the last mentioned point being 22 feet distant,
measured at right angles, from station "S" 14+ 23 +of said "S" survey line;
thence Easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 520 t feet
to the point of beginning; being 21,947 f s.f. or 0.504 acres more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the heretofore describes
parcel "A',, said point being 40.00 feet distant Southerly, measures at right angles,
