In the Natter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK•Yor the purpose of enquiring the real Properties in the Town of Southold, required A 'in oonneotion with the reconstruction of File No. 84854 ,t MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION RECEIPT AND RELEASE oC.R. 27A, DIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27B, in RE;MAP No. 33 oa the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Ad the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three wnuniuioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be squired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk JOHN SIDOR and HELEN SIDOR of )dattituak, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 33 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows; PARCEL "All ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No, 27B, as shown on Map No. 33 and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Long Island Railroad(Main Line) at the intersection of the said boundary with the ivision line between the lands of John Sidor &Helen Sidor, his wife reputed owners on the east, and the lands of John J. Sidor, reputed owner on the west, said point being 74 1 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 87+ 83 f of the ereinafter described survey center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road ension County Road No. 27B, thence northerly along said division line 143 t set to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 88+ 7 t of said center line; thence easterly 224 t feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly easured at right angles, from station 90 + 51.51 of said center line; thence easterly n a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 3,879,72 feet an arc distance of 61 eet to a point on the division line between the lands of John Sidor &Helen Sidor, is wife, reputed owners on the west and the lands of Anthony &Edith Krupski, eputed owners on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, easured at right angles, from station 95+ 57 t of the said center line; thence outherly along last mentioned division line 147 f feet to its intersection with the aid northerly boundary of Long Island Railroad, the last mentioned point being 83 t eet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 95 + 27 t of the said enter line; thence westerly along the said northerly boundary 158.64 feet to a point ence still westerly along said northerly boundary of Long Island Railroad on a urve deflecting to,the left having a radius of 2889.19 feet an arc distance of 578.19 set to the point of Beginning; being 97,976+s.f. or Z.249 acres more or less. The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey enter line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road xtension C.R. 27A, and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B as shown n a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk ounty. ®C► � 1905 p11�.
