In CL� ` the Matter of the Petition of the OUNTY OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the real properties in the Town File No. 84854 of Southold, required in connection with RECEIPT AND RELEASE the reconstruction of MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27 ID MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27A, MIDDLE RE:MAP No. 32 eom Y ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27B, in the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk JOHN J. SIDOR of Mattituck, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 32 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: PARCEL"A" ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27B. as shown on Map No. 32 and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Long Island Railroad(Main Line) at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of John J. Sidor reputed owner on the east, and the lands of L Dudley Pike, reputed owner on the west,said point being 91 +feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 83 +49 :L of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27B, thence northerly along said division line 636+feet to a point 498.84 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 85+ 88.23 of said center line; thence easterly 26.36 feet to a point 487.45 feet distant northerly, measure at right angles, from station 86+ 12 of said center line; thence southerly 427.45 feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 86+ 12 of said center line; thence easterly 215dfeet to a point on the division line between the lands of John J. Sidor reputed owner on the west, and the lands of John Sidor and Helen Sidor, his wife, reputed owners on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 88+ 27 f of the said center line; thence southerly alongrllisementioned division line 143 t feet to its intersection with the first mentioned northerly boundary,o£said existing Long Island Railroad, the last mentioned point being W; feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 87+ 83 f of the said center line; thence westerly along said northerly boundary on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 2,889.93 feet an arc distance of 84 t feet to a point; thence still westerly along said northerly boundary of Long Island Railroad, 360.50 feet to an angle point, said point being 117 : feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 83+ 38 f of said center line; thence northerly along last mentioned boundary of Long Island Railroad 27 t OCT @ E, KL1PP IpRtiF Suffolk Count Clerk of
