R 0 • 4 p•C WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk THEODORE MARANGAS AND CATHERINE of MARANGAS 88-17 184 Street, Hollis, Queens, N.Y. owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 21 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel ofland situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road County Road No. 27, as shown on Map No. 21 and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Kenneth G. Brown reputed owner on the west, and the lands of Theodore Marangas & Catherine Marangas, reputed owners on the east, said point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 62+ 93 t of the hereinafter des- cirbed survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road County Road No. 27, thence northerly along said division line 20 feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 62+ 93 f of said center line; thence easterly 115 :k feet to its intersection with the westerly boundary of existing Maiden Lane, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 64+ 08 f of the said center line; thence southerly along the said westerly boundary 20 feet to its intersection with the northerly boundary of said existing Middle Road, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 64+ 08:L of said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned northerly boundary of said existing Middle Road 115 t feet to the point of beginning; being 2,300 f s.f. or 9.053 acres more or less. The above mentionedsurvey center line is a portion of the survey center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road ExtensionC.R.- 27A and Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County. i NdRMAN.
