connection with the reconstruction of MIDDLE RECEIPT AND RELEASE
A ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, RE; MAP No. 25
-+ C.R. 27A, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION,C.R.

WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested;n the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
JOHN ROSE, as Executor & Trustee
under Will of WILLIAMS. LONG of Mattituck, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 25
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of the Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 25 and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing Wickham Avenue
at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of
John Bielewicz and Fanny Bielewicz, reputed owners on the north, and the lands
of William S. Long, Est., reputed owner on the south, said point being 98 t feet
distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 69 + 88 t of the herein-
after described survey center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Count
Road No. 27B, thence easterly along said division line Z00 t feet to a point on the
westerly boundary of Lot No. 1 "Map of Garden Heights", filed June 24, 1929 as
Map No. 577; said point being 50 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 71 + 82 t of said center line; thence southerly along said westerly
boundary of Lot No. 1 58 f feet to a point on the division line between the lands of
William S. Long, Est.reputed owner on the north and the lands of Andrew M. Gard-
iner, reputed owner on the south, the last mentioned point being 8 f feet distant
southerly, measured at right angles, from station 71 + 73 f of the said center line;
thence westerly along last mentioned division line 200 r feet to its intersection with
the said easterly boundary of Wickham Avenue, the last mentioned point being 41 t
feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 69 + 81 +of the said
center line; thence northerly along the last mentioned easterly boundary of said
Wickham Avenue 58 zh feet to the point of beginning; being 11,400 s. f. or 0.Z62
acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for
the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.it. 27 and Middle Road Extension
C.R. 27 A, and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 B as shown on a
