RE: MAP No. 29 27 A, Middle Road Extension, C.R. 27 B, in thu said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, - New York. u� Y V V ai WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Eric Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk IRIWIN A. T•UTHILL, and ANNA S. TUTHILL, his wife, of Mattituck, N.Y. owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.29 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suf- folk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 B, as shown on Map No. 29 and described as follows: T;F,GINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing Conklin Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the southerly boundary of Lots No. 17 & 34, "Map of Garden Heights" filed June 24, 1929, as Map No. 577, said point being 138 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 75 + 10 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 B, thence easterly along said southerly boundary 251 ! feet to its intersection with the westerly boundary of the existing Mary's Road, the last mentioned point being 70 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 77 + 55 t of said center line; thence southerly along the said westerly boundary of Mary's Road 75 t feet bits intersection with the division line between the lands of Irwin A. Tuthill and Anna S. Tuthill, reputed owners on the north and the lands of Joseph W. Zaleski and Elizabeth R. Zaleski, reputed owners on the south, the last mentioned point being 01 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 77 + 28 i of the said center line; thence westerly along said division line and division line between the lands of Irwin Tuthill and Anna S. Tuthill, reputed owners on the north, and the lands of Joseph Zimnoski, Jr, and Bertha Zinnoski, his wife, reputed owners on the south, a total distance of 252 ±feet to a point on the said easterly boundary of Conklin Road, the last mentioned point being 66 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 74+ 84 t of said center line; thence northerly along the last mentioned easterly boundary of existing Conklin Road 75 i:feet to the point of beginning; being 18,862 f s. f. or 0.432 acres more or less. The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for tf proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 B as shown on a map on file of P.al.) )V��. f s£ ]lr _ AUG 31 I°6?
