WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the
above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was
duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21stday of
August , 196 4 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the
acquired in said p P property to be
proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the
proceeding continued for the purpose of determining ,the compensation to be made to the
owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the
Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of
Suffolk PEA M, STRICKLAND, SAMUEL BROWN, GEORGE TAYLOR, WALTER WIL-
LIAMS, SANTY SMOTHERS And JOHN T. FORD as successors to WILLIAM BROWN,
Gilbert Davis, Kelsey Cosby andofAnderson Cook and JOHN JAC013S as Trustees
of the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, Cutchogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding
as Map No. 73R , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as
follows:
All those pieces of parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstiruction of Middle
Road, C.R. 27, as shown on Map No. 73R and described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division
line between the la8ds of the First Baptist Church of Cutchogue, reputed
owner 6n the east, and the lands of Blake Rolling, reputed owner on
the vest, said point being 59t feet distant northerly, measured at
right angles, from station 226 + 92 A of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed Reconstruction of Middle Road,
C,R, No, 279 thences northerly along said division Line l+ feet to
a point 60.00 fee;, distant northerly measured at right angles, from
station 226 + 92 of said center Line; thence easterly on'a curve de-
flecting to the left having aradius of 11,399.16 feet, an are distance
of 142 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of the
First Baptist Church of Cutchogue, reputed owner on the west and the
lands of the Town of Southold, reputed owner on the east, the last men-
tioned point being 60.00 feet �istant northerly measured at right
angles, from Station 228 + 34 Of said cetftter line; thence south-
erly along last mentioned divigion line 2 feet to its intersection
with the said northely boundary of said existing road, the last ment-
ioned point being 58 Z feet distant northerly, measured at right
angles, from station 228 + 33 aof said 6enter line; thence westerly
along the said northerly boundary 141 + TO THE point of the beginning;
being 128 + s.f. or 0.003 acre more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of
the First Baptist Church of Cutchogue, reputed owner on the west, and
the lands of Town of Southold, reputed owner on the east, said point
being 65.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 228 + 36 ± of the hereinafter described survey center line of
the proposed Reconstruction of Huddle Road , C.R. No. 27, thence
southerly along said division line 5 ± feet to a point 60.00 feet
distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 228 + 34 ±
of said center 'line; thence westerly on a curve deflecting to the
right having a radius of 11,399.16 feet, an are distance of 13L� ±
feet to a point b0.00 feet distant northerly measured at right angles,
from station 227 + 00 of said center line; thence easterly 136 + feet
to the point of beginning; being 340 ± s.f. or 0.008 acres more or
less,
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Hoad C.:t. 11o. 27
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Publ-,c
Works of Suffolk County.
