VHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County -,', Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted o c by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the w Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk; Now Ycr:i, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a Jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk VERandpp4DDassMExecutriiIxdofiEs ate of 3665 S. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 86 and described as follows: PARCEL "A" BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing Middle:load, at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Adam Doroski, rgnted owner on the East, and the lands of Thomas L. Shalvey and Elizabeth J. Shalvey, reputed owners on the West, said point being 13 :!-feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 262 + 06 �of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said division line 83 t feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, mmsured at right angles, from station 261 +'66 ±of said center line; thence Easterly 643 f feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Adam Doroski, reputed owner on the West, and the lands of Antone &Bertha Pawluczyk, reputed owner on the East, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 268+ 09 '-of the said center line; thence Southerly along said division line 82 feet to its intersection with the Northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 13 t feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 268+ 46 of the said center line; thence Westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 640 :E feet to the point of beginning; being 46830 - s.f, or 1.075 acres more or less.
