WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the Count Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August , 196 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding becamo vested
in the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
,TAMES BERNARD LENARAN of RFD, Cutchogue, New York
aka - J. Bernard Lenahan
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 84 , which said parcel. of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle toad,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 84 and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of James F. Lenahan, reputed owner on the East, and
the lands of Mike Cuminskey, reputed owner on the ,Jest, said point being
23 d:feet distant Southerly, measured at ri,,ht angles, from station 255+ 68 of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction
of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said division line 95
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at ri ht an,-lcs, from
station 255 + 21 t of said center line; thence Easterly 103 _feet to a point on
the division line between the lands of Thomas L. Shalvey aad Zlizabcth J.
Shalvey, reputed owners on the East, and the lands of James ^. Lenahan,
reputed owner on the %lest, the last mentioned point bcin(1 60.00 feet distant
Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 255 + 24 _of the said
center line; thence Southerly aloe; said division line 92 =:feet to its
intersection with the Northerly boundary of said existing road, the last
mentioned point being 21 c' feet distant southerly, .neasured at right
angles, from station 256+ 68 e.of the said center line; thence -cstcrly
along the last mentioned boundary of said cxistin,g, road 100 c feet to the
point of beginning; bein, 8322 s.f. or 0.19'1 acres n,ore or loss.
