WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
BENJAMIN and BEATRICE BUTLER of Cox's Lane, Cutchogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 81 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 81 and described as follows;
PARCEL 'A"
BEGINNIN,- at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the Westerly boundary
of the existing Cox's Lane, said point being 53 :•feet distant Southerly,
measured radially from station 242 + 94 �of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27,
thence Southerly, along said Westerly boundary 75 -h feet to a point of
curvature, 128 t feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station
242 + 99 t of said center line; thence Westerly on a curve deflecting to the
left having a radius of 72 ±feet an arc distance of 109 t feet to a point of
compound curvature 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially, from
station 242 + 22.00 of said center lincf thence Westerly on a curve deflecting,
to the left having a radius of 1849. 86/ Ree Arc distance of 68 t feet to a point
on the division line between the lands of Benjamin Butler reputed owner on the
East, and the lands of Albin PletreNvicz, reputed owner on the idlest, the last
mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles,
from station 241 + 52 =of the said center line; thence Northerly along said
division line I feet to its intersection with the Southerly boundary of said
existing road, the last mentioned point being 59= feet distant Southerly,
measured radially from station 241 + 52 f of the said center line; thence
Easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 137 3-feet
to the point of beginning; being 1520 i s,f. or 0.035 acres more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of
Benjamin Butler, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Albin Pietrewicz,
