WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vosted
in the County of Suffolk., Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk

in said proceeding as Map No. 64 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 64 and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Pauline Matwieczyk, reputed owner on the East, and
the lands of John S. Matwieczyk, reputed owner on the West, said point
being 38 th feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 204+ 64 s
of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction
of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said division line ZZ
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly,measured radially from station
Z04+ 63 t of said center line; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the
left having a radius of 5669.58 feet an arc distance of 193 &:feet to a point
on the division line between the lands of Pauline Matwieczylc*reputed owner
on the West, and the lands of John P. Krupski, reputed owner on the East,
the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially
from station Z06 + 59 t of the said center line; thence Southerly along said
division line 42 f feet to its intersection with the Northerly boundary of said
existing road, the last mentioned point being 18:�feet distant Northerly,
measured radially from station Z06+ 62 :.of the said center line; thence
Westerly along the said boundary 196 +feet to the point of beginning; being
6017 :• s.f. or 0.138 acres more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Pauline Matwieczylc, reputed owner on the ,Vest, and the

"hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 31 f
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 206 + 62 b
of said center line; thence Westerly on a curve deflecting to the right having a
radius of 5789.58 feet an arc distance of 12 ±feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of Pauline Matwieczyk reputed owner on the East, and the lands
of John Haurus, reputed owner on the ;Nest, the last mentioned point being
60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 206 + 50 s of the
said center line; thence Northerly along said division line 32 :b feet to its
intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existing road, the last
mentioned point being 28 t feet distant Southerly, measured radially from
station 206+ 50 i of the said center line; thence Easterly along the last
mentioned boundary of said existing road 12 f feet to the point of beginning;
being 384 t s.f. or 0.009 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. G7
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public %Vorks
of Suffolk County.
PARCEL "C"
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly boundary of the existing Depot
Lane at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between
the lands of John P. Krupski, reputed owner on the North, and the lands of
Pauline Matwieczyk, reputed owner on the South, said point being 85 :L feet
distant Southerly, measured radially from station 209 + 50 t of the hereinafter
described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 18 t feet to a point
103.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 209+ 50 t of
said center line; thence ,Vesterly 27 f feet to a point 84.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured radially from station 209+ 32 ::of said center line;
thence Easterly 18 :b feet to the point of beginning; being 176 s s.f. or
0.004 acres more or less.
PARCEL "D" - Fill Easement
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of
John S. Matwieczyk & Nife, reputed owners on the West, and the lands of
Pauline Matwieczyk, reputed owner on the East, said point being 60.00
feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 204+ 63 +of the
hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said division line 5 i
feet to a point 65.00 feet distant Northerly measured radially from station
204+ 63 *of said center line; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the
left having a radius of 5664.58 feet, an arc distance of 193 t feet to a point
on the division line between the lands of Pauline Matwieczyk, reputed owner
on the West, and the lands of John P. Krupski, reputed owner on the East,
the last mentioned point being 65.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially
from station 206+ 59 +of the said center line; thence Southerly along said
division line 5 f feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured
radially from station 206 + 59 t of the said center line; thence Westerly on a
curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 5669.58 feet, an arc distance
of 193 s feet to the point of beginning; being 965 :k s.f. or 0.022 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. V as shown on
a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
PARCEL "E" - Fill Easement
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of John P.
Krupski, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Pauline Matwieczyk, reputed
owner on the West, said point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially
