WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a ,jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
GEORGE TAYLOR and of P.O. Box 71, Cutchogue, New York
BELLE TAYLOR, his wife
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid= and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 70 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:

hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R.No. 27, thence Nesterly along said Northerly 'boundary
63 ±feet to a point of tangency 60 ±feet distant Northerly, zncasur ed at
right angles, from station 223 + 04 ±of said center line; those Northerly
on an arc deflecting to the left having a radius of 75.00 feet, an arc
distance of 106 ±feet to a point of tangency on the .,'esterly uoun:!ary
of said existing Tuthill Avenue, the last mentioned point bein,; 123 :_feet
distant, measured at right angles, from station 223 + 77 of said center
line; thence Southerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 63 ±feet to the point of beginning; being 834 s.f. or 0.019 acres

BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of

of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line

from station 222 + 91 ±of said center line; thence -,esterly 80 fe,;t to
a point on the division line between the lands of Gcor�,e Taylor & wife,
reputed owners on the East and the lands of Andrew Cybulski reputed
owner on the Nest, the last mentioned point being 64.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 222 + 10 ` of the
said center line; thence Northerly alon; said division line 4 fc,t to
a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 222 + I ±of the said center line; t;ience Easterly 80 _:feet to
the point of beginning; being 320 f S.f. or 0.007 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.A. No. 27
as shovn on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public ,,orks
Of Suffolk County.
