WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the ?1st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee si.mple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
BLARE AND ESTHER BOLLING of Edgar Avenue, Aquebogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 72 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Tovni of.Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road, C._;. "o. .Z7,
as shown on Map No. 72 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of curvature on the Northerly boundary of tac
existing Middle Road, said point being 60.00 foot distant Northerly, ,,icasur:d
at right angles, from station Z26 a 17.93 of th.; hereinafter describo,i survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle toad, C.li. f;o. 27,
thence Easterly on a curve deflecting; to the left Navin,;a radius of 11399. 16
feet an arc distance of 74 _feet to a point on the division line �3-,twezn the lands
of The First Baptist Church of Cutcho;,sue, reput d owner on the 'Cart, and the
lands of Blake Bolling, reputed owner on the ,rest, the last wentioned point
bein3 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially fror_i station ZZ3'+ 92
of the said center line; thence Southerly alon, said division line 1 -. .get to its
intersection with the Northerly boundary of said existini;road, the last c..entioncd
