!WHEREAS, pursuant-to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
X. of August , 1964s and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
WALTER J., VINCENT J., STANLEY
of Cutebogue, New York
W., and JORN P. KRUPSKI
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 77 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 77 and described as follows:
PARCEL "A-'
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road, at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of:'falter J. Krupski, reputed owner on the West, and
the lands of James Wickham, Estate, reputed owner on the East, said point
being 2 =feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station
231 +43 -of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed
reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said
division line 64�feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at
right angles, from station 231 + 34 i of said center line;thence Westerly
270 t feet to a point of tangency 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at
right angles, from station 228+ 64. 15 of said center line; thence Westerly
on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 11519. 16 feet, an arc
distance of 247.51 feet to a point of tangency 60.00 feet distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 226+ 17.93 of said center line;
thence Westerly 326 feet to a point on the division line between the lands
of Walter J. Krupski, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of George
Taylor &wife, reputed owners on the '{Test, the last mentioned point being
60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 222 + 92 t
of the said center line; thence Northerly along said division line 71 �feet to
its intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existing road, the last
mentioned point being 10 f feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 223+ 02 _.of the said center line; thence Easterly along the last
mentioned boundary of said existing road 841 t feet to the point of beginning;
being 57,564 _s.f. or 1.321 acres more or less.

PARCEL "B" - Fill Easement
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Walter
J. Krupski, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of George Taylor & wife,
reputed owners on the West, said point being 64.00 feet distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 222 + 91 t of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27,
thence Northerly along said division line 4 t feet to a point 60.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 222 + 92 t of said center
line; thence Easterly 3Z6 f feet to a point of curvature, said point being 60.00
feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 226 + 17.93 of
said center line; thence still Easterly on a curve deflecting to the left having
a radius of 1I,519. 16 feet, an arc distance of 247.51 feet to a point of tangency,
said point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 228+ 64. 15 of said center line; thence still Easterly 35:85 feet to a
point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station
229 + 00.00 of said center line; thence Westerly 100 ±feet to a point 65.00
feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 228+ 00.00 of the
said center line; thence still Westerly 402 s feet to a point 65.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 224+ 00.00 of said center
line; thence still Westerly, 109 t feet to the point of beginning; being 2746 t
s.f. or 0.063 acres more or less.
PARCEL "C" - Cut Easement
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of James
.7ickham, Est., reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Walter J. Krupski,
reputed owner on the Rest, said point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from station Z31 + 34 i of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27,
thence Southerly along said division line 5 _feet to a point 65.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 231 + 34 t of said center
line; thence Westerly 233 =feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured
at right angles, from station 229+ 00.00 of said center line; thence Easterly
234 t feet to the point of beginning; being 582 i s.f. or 0.013 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works
of Suffolk County.
