WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
Of August , 1964, and 'that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk., Now York, and the proceeding contiinued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
JOHN PETER KRUPSKI of Depot Lane, Cutchogue, flew York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 66 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL THOSE pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
county of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 66 and described as follows:

BEGINNM at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intereeetion of the said boundary with the westerly boundary
c8 the existing Depot Lane, said point being 21 #feet distant Southerly,
measured radially from station 209+ 51 t of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27. thence
Westerly along said Northerly boundary 293 t feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of John P. NA"Vskl,, reputed owner on the East and the lands
of Pauline Metwiecnyk, reputed owner on the West. the last mentioned point
being 18 a feet distant.Northerly, measured radially from station 206+ 62 t of
the skid center lines thence Northerly along said division line 41 t feet to.a
point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 206+ 59 t
of said center lines thence Easterly along a curve deflecting to the left. having
a radius of 5669.58 feet, an are distance of 220 t feet to a point of compohnd
curvature, being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station
208+ 84.00 of said center lines thence Northeasterly along a curve deflecting
to the left, having a radius of 71.00 t feet, an arc distance of 108 t feet to a
point of tangency on the Westerly boundary of said existing Depot Lane, the
last mentioned point being 130 t feet distant Northerly. measured radially.

of the existing Depot Lane, said point being 74�feet distant Southerly, measured
radially from station 209+50 *of the hereinafter described survey center line
of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27. thence Southerly
along said Westerly boundary 11 ih feet to a point on the division line between the
lands of John P. Krupeki reputed owner on the North, and the lands of Pauline
Matwieczyk, reputed owner on the South, the last mentioned point being 85 t feet
distant Southerly, measured radially from station 209+50 t of the said center
Hue;thence Westerly along said division line 292 :h feet to a point 68 f feet
distant Southerly. measured radially from station 206+ 6Z*of said center lire;
thence Northerly still along the last mentioned division line 38 A:feet to its
intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existing Middle Road, the

BEGDMMG at a point on the division lino between the lands of
John P. Krupski, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Pauline Matwieczyk,
reputed ow or on the West, said point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured radially from station 206+ 59 t of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.It. No. 27. thence
Northerly along said division line 5:h feet to a point 65.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured radially from station 206+ 59 f of said center line;thence Easterly
237 f feet to a point 63,00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially. from
station 209+00 :h of said center line;thence Southwesterly on a curve deflecting
to the right having a radius of 71 d:feet an arc distance of 16 :h feet to a point
of,compound curvature, said point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured
radially from station 208+ 84.00 of said center line;thence Westerly on a curve

The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27 as shown on
a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
