WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 2'!st day
of August . 1964, and tha'.; thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the Cou77,y of. Suffol4, New Y'crk, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
STANLEY W. KRUPSKI and of Middle Road, Cutchogue, New York
WALTER J. KRUPSKI
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 95 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:

C.R. No. 27, as showa on Map No. 95 and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing

'.)ctvveen the lands of Stanley Krupski, reputed owner on the East, and the
lands of I;athcrine Shalvey, reputed owner on the Jest, said point being 46 s
feet distant Northerly, m-,asur--d radially, from station 278+ 63 :.of the
hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
I.1iddle Road, C. 2.. No. 27, thence Northerly alon3 said division line 1'6 :-
fact to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially, from station
278+ 57 _of said center lino; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the
left having a radius of 7579.44 feet, an arc distance of 140 t�feet to a point
of tangency 60.00 fact distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 279+ 97.23 of said center line; thence Easterly 406 feet to a point
on the division line between the lands of Stanley Krupski, reputed owner on the
.lest, and the lands of George H. Stelzer, reputed owner on the East, the last
entioned point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 284+ 03 ' of the said center line; thence Southerly along said
division line 12 zt-feet to its intersection with the said Na:thcrly boundary of
said existing road, the last mentioned point being 49 t feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station•284+ 08 _of the said center line;
