WHEREAS; pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of :u ust , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk; Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
NATHAN and JENNIE HARRIS of Middle Road, Cutchogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 78 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or par eels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C-R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 78 and described as follows:
PARCEL
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Zoad at the intersection of the said boundary wil3z the division line
between the lands of Nathan Harris & Jennie Harris, reputed owners on the
East, and the lands of Frank Szvwenski, reputed owner on the ,Vest, said
point being 52 =:iect distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 231 + 49 `of the hereinafter described survey center line of the
proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly
along said division line 8 =feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 231 + 51 =of said center line; thence
Easterly 199 :=feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Nathan
Harris & Jennie Harris, reputed owners on the ,Vest, and the lands of James
;icicham, Est., reputed owner on the East, the last mentioned point being
60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 233 + 50 f
of the said center line; thence Southerly along said division line 13 t feet to its
intersection with the Northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned
point being 47 _feet distant Northerly, measuredat right angles, from station
233 + 49 of the said center line; thence Westerly along the last mentioned
boundary of said existing road 200 �feet to the point of beginning; being 2100 t
s.f. or 0.048 acres more or less.
