WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
c entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
L.BARRON HILL and
HEDVIG P. TERRY of Southold, 'New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.27
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:

ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of the Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 27 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Hamilton Avenue at the intersection of the said boundary with the westerly boundary of
Lot No. 1, "Map of Garden Heights", said point being 63 t feet distant southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 71 + 67 f of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No.
27B, thence northerly along said westerly boundary 124 t feet to a point 60 feet
distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 71 + 84 t of said center
line; thence easterly 209 t feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly,lmeasured at
right angles, from station 73+ 93 of said center line; thence easterly on a curve
deflecting to the left having a radius of 50 t feet an arc distance of 61 t feet to its
intersection with the existing westerly boundary of Conklin Road, the last mentioned
point being 92 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 74+
40 f of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned westerly boundary
220 f feet to its intersection with the first mentioned northerly boundary of Hamilton
Avenue, the last mentioned point being 115 t feet distant southerly, measured at
right angles, from station 73+ 69 t of said center line; thence westerly along the
last mentioned boundary of said existing Hamilton Avenue 210.21 feet to the point of
beginning; being 34,648 t s.f. or 0.795 acres more or less, and being a part or
whole of Lots Nos. 1, 2, 30 4, 5, and 6 as shown on a map entitled "Map of Garden
Heights" and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 24, 1929 as
Map No. 577.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A and
Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B, as
shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of
Suffolk County.

Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County Road
No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 27 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing Conklin Road at
the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Joseph
Zimnoski, Jr. and Bertha Zimnoski reputed owners on the north, and the lands
of L. Barron Hill, Adelaide H. Hill and Hedvrig P, Terry, reputed owners on the south
said point being 09:+feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station
74+ 66 f of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed construction
of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27B, thence easterly along said division
line 125 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of L. Barron Hill,
Adelaide H. Hill and Hedvig P. Terry, reputed owners on the west and the lands of
Joseph W. Zaleski and Elizabeth R. Zaleski, reputed owners on the east, the last
mentioned point being 22 f feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 75+ 84 t of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned division
line 40 f feet to a point 60 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 75 + 70 f of said center line; thence westerly 131 f feet to a point on the
said easterly boundary of Conklin Road, the last mentioned point being 60 feet
distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 74+40 t of said center
line; Thence northerly along the last mentioned easterly boundary of said existing
Conklin Road 74 f feet to the point of beginning; being 7,074 t s.f. or 0.163.acres
more or less, and being a part of lots Nos. 15, and 16 as shown on a map entitled
"Map of Garden Heights"and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June
24, 1929 as Map No, 577.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A and Middle
Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B, as shown on
a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
