"A" and "B" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested In the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk ISIDORE P. & HEDWIG IKRUPSKI of Main Street, Peconic, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 82 , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 82 and described as follows: PARCEL "A" BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the Easterly boundary of the existing Cox's Lane, said point being 5 _•feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 243 + 37 A:of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. ,27, thence Northerly, along said Easterly boundary 122 t feet to a point 126 =�feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 243 + 26 a of said center line; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 75.00 s feet, an are distance of 105 --�feet to a point of reverse curvature 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 243 + 95.00 of said center line; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 1969.86 feet, an arc distance of 602 feet to a point of tangency 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 249+ 82. 11 of said center line; thence Easterly 254 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Mike Cuminskey, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Isadore P. and Hedwig Krupski, reputed owners on the `Vest, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 252 + 36 of the said center line; thence Southerly along said division line 103 a feet to its intersection with the Northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 30 i feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 252 + 86 _of the said center line; thence Westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existin,road as it bends and turns 942 y feet to the point of beginning; being 96836 i s.f. or Z.223 acres more or less.
