QCountp Court, OuffA QCountp. .,� In the Matter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the real properties in the Town of Southold, required in connection with the reconstruction of MIDDLE RECEIPT AND RELEASE ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION RE:MAP No.20 C.R. 27A, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27B, in the said Town of Southold, Suffolk •' County, New York a to ,s Ca a WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 19 6?,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk KENNETH G. BROWN of Mattituck, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.20 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road County Road No. 27 as shown on Map No. 20 and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the common division line between the lands of County of Suffolk and lands of A. Estelle Ruland reputed owners on the west, and the lands of Kenneth G. Brown, reputed owner on the east, said point being 40 feet distant northerly,measured at right angles, from station 62+ 32 t of the here- inafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road County Road No. 27, thence northerly along said commondivision line 20 feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 62+ 32 t of said center line; thence easterly 60 t feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Kenneth G. Brown reputed owner on the west and the lands of Theodore Marangas and Catherine Marangas, reputed owners on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 62 + 93 f of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned division line 20 feet to a point on the northerly boundary of said existing Middle Road, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 62+ 93 t of said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 60 +feet to the point of beginning; being 1200 th s,f. or 0.028 acres more or less, subject to an easement in favor of the present owner, his heirs, representatives or assigns to main- tain the structure presently located on the premises to,the extent that same is now presently located on the premises herein described. The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A and Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
