WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court tahich was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the Zist day
of August , 1964, and tha'; thoreupon title in foe simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vestod
in the Cou-y-y of. Suffolk, Now Y-o:rl:, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
ELIZABETH G. HORTON of Main Road, Peconic, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. '93 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of`..addle toad,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 93 and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Elizabeth Horton, reputed owner on the .Test, and the
lands of Isadore Krupski, reputed owner on the East, said point lacing 17
feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 295 + 67 -':
of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction
of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 45
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 295+ 83 - of said center line; thence Jesterly 505 -feet to a point on
-the division line between the lands of Elizabeth Horton, reputed owner on the
East, and the lands of Adam Zaveski, reputed owner on the .rest, the last
mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southorly, measured at right angles,
from station Z90 + 78 of the said center line; thence Northerly along said
division line 60 -feet to its intersection with the said Southerly boundary of
said existing road, the last mentioned point bein 4 _feet distant:southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 290 + 57 -of the said center lin-,;
thence Easterly along the said boundary 511 : feet to the point of beginnin s;
being 23,811 :t s.f. or 0.547 acres more or less.
PARCEL "B" - Fill Easement
BEGINNING at a posit on the division line between tho lands of
Elizabeth Horton, reputed owner on the .Jest, and the lands of Isadore Krupski,
reputed owner on the East, said point bein., 60.00 feet distant southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 295+ 83 =of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of the Middle 2gad, C._t. No. 27,
