"A" and "B" a L.J SUPREME COURT, C.J SUFFOLK COUNTY. i In the i4atter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of C acquiring the real properties for the a Reconstruction of a portion of Riverhead- File No. 1"6 3 Greenport Road (hSddle Road), C.R. 27, RECEIPT AND R LEASE LL (from 2200 - feet east of Bridge Lane to Re: MAP No. 132R Hortons Lane) in the Torn of Southold, Parcel Nos. "A" and "B" - Suffolk County, New York. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 3rd day of May , 196 7 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk FRANCES 0. RICH& LOUISE O.DAY of Peconic Lane, Peconic, N. Y. owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 132R , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Torn of Southold, County of Suffolk State of New York, for the reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (addle Roadj, County Road No. 27, as shorm on Map No. 132R and described as follows: PARCEL "A" BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Riverhead- Greenport Road (Middle Road) at the intersection of the said boundary with the easterly boundary of the existing Peconic Mill Lane said point being 20 t feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from Station 351 + 23 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead- Greenport Road (addle Road), County Road No. 27, thence along said easterly boundary 100 ± feet to a point 79.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 351 + 12 t of said center line; thence southeasterly 30 ± feet to a point 60.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 351 + 34.00 of said center line; thence easterly 263.05 feet to a point 60.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 353 + 97.05 of said center line; thence easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 5,789.58 feet an are distance of 78 t feet to a point on the division line betireen the lands of F. F. Overton Estate, reputed olmer on the west, and the lands of•RoaaLind Case Newell, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant northerly, measured radially, from Station 354 + 75 t of the said center line; thence southerly along said division line 86 t feet to its intersection with the northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 22 1 feet distant southerly, measured radially, from Station 355 + 00 t of said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 378 ± feet to the point of beginning; being 30,172 ± s.f. or 0.693 acre more or less.
