Hortons Lane) in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the
above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was
duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 3rd day of
May , 1967 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be
acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the
proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the
owners of the real property to be'acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the
Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of
Suffolk
EMIL J. & JENNIE R. PUPECKI of Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding
as Map No. 121IR , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as
follows:
R ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstruction of the Riverhead-
C� Greenport 'load (iliddle Road), County:toad No. 27, as shoun on I-lap plo. 11111 and
described as follows:

Greenport Road (I,'iddle Road),at the intersection of the said boundary with the
division line between the lands of Smi.l J. and Jennie R. Pupecki, reputed owners
on the west, and the lands of Aguay, Inc., reputed o-,Mcr on•the east, said point
being 05 ± feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from Station 337 + 52 ±
.1.1 of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed Reconstruction of
the Riverhead-Greenport Road (Iliddle Road), County Road No. 27, thence southerly
along said division line•55 ± feet to a point 60.00 feet distant southerly,
neasured at right anCles, from Station 337 + 52 1 0£ said center line; thence
westerly 78 * feet to a point 60.00 feet distant southerly, measured at right
angles, from Station 336 + 73.94 of said center line; thence westerly on a curve
to the right having a radius of 2924.79 an arc distance of 622.15 feet to a
point 60.00 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from Station 330 + 64.55
of said center line; thence easterly 699 ± feet to-a point on the division line
betucen the lands of Zmil J. and Jennie R. Pupecki, reputed owners,on the east,
and the lands of Bertha Appleby, reputed-ormer on the west, the last mentioned
point bein., 60.•00 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from Station
323 + 66 * of -the said center line; thence northerly along said division line
89 ± feet to its intersection with the southerly boundary of said existing road,
the !cot =ntioned point being 23 ± feet distant northerly, measured at right angles,
from Station 323 + 37 ± of said center line; thence eastern along the last
montioned•boundary of said existing road IJ112 ± feet to the _;oint of beginning;
