Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Albertson: WHEREAS, the °outhold Town Planning Board has prepared an office21 report and recoF~nendstion upon the petition of Robert H. Preston and LaGrant Chapman for a change of zone from "A" ResidentiRl and A~ricultural, Distiict to "B" Bus'ness District' on their real rope~t near th$ Villa e of G~een - p ~ y -g , - port, also the petition of William M. Beebe for a change of zone fro~ "A" Rg~idential and A~ricuitural District to "B" Business District on his real property at Cutchogue, also the report and recommindation on the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance by adding the~eto Section 1013 exeptions as to certain sub-division lots, NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be held by the Southotd To~m Board at the Town Clerk's Office in Southold~ on Thurs- day~ Nov. 7~ 1957~ at 7:00 p...M, on the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance.
