The Meeting was called _to order at 1:~30 P.M. with the following present: SupervisorKlipp; Council- man Albertson; Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest; Superintendent of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. The Board sat at once assa committee on Audit to examine claims against the ToE, concluding the audit work at 2 o'clock P.M. Within sixty (60) days after the close of the fiscal year_the Treasurer of each Fire District shallfile i~ the office of £he Town Clerk and the State ¢o~troller a financial statement~s~tting forth in detail the receip~ a~d expenditures of the Fire District for the previous fiscal year. (Section 181 of the Town Law). On or before the 15th day of January in each year the CommiSsioners of each Improvement District shall file with the Town Clerk a'finan- cial report for the preceding year. (Soction 21~ Subdivision 9~ of the Town Law). The Town Clerk should advise the Town Board as to existing contracts~ for lighting~ garbage collection~ fire protection~ water supply~ and also leases of any property rented by the Town~ and specify the date of expiration of such contracts. The Town Clerk should supply to the Executive Secretary of the Assoc- iation of Towns at the Hotel Ten Eyck~ Albany~ New York~ a correct list of the names and addresses of all Town Officers and the Super- visor should advise the members that he~ the Town Clerk~ Justices of the Peace~ Supeiintendent of Highways, Assessors~ Welfare Officer~ and the Town Attorney will receive copies of meetings~ bulletins~ issued by the Town and County Officers Training School on subjects of interest and importance to various officers.
