The Ferry District had expressed an interest in the property but it has now come to light that a private school is interested in the buildings and is looking into their acquzsition through HEW. Mr. Richard Grebe, the present lessee was present. If this is the case the Town will have to hire replacements. There are a lot of things going on right now as far as hiring police officers that the Board is no= necessarily in agreement with such as no town list available.
