I purchased the property at 33195 Main Road Cutchogue 13 years ago. The property is a pre-existing/non-conforming zoned general business with a home that has been there since the 1940's currently occupied by family. In the rear of the property I have a storage building that I utilize to run my day to day operations for my company. I want to be sure that whatever zoning is being proposed will not impact my property or the future growth of my company. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts on this initiative.
