I was looking at my wife’s office property located at 15400 Main Rd, Ma?tuck (tax# 114.-9-1) and it looks like it is being
zoned as residen?al property. It’s a small insurance office (probably about 600 sq ?) with one bathroom located across
the street from the Ma?tuck High School. I looked back at the history, and it appears it has always been a commercial
property. In the 70s it was a candy shop, and then was a gas sta?on in the 80s/90s. The tanks were removed in 1997
and it was used as a real estate office un?l 2007 when it became an insurance office. We’re hoping it can be made part
of the “transi?on” zoning that is just west of the office. Let me know what you think or if you have any ques?ons.
