SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected,situate,lying and being at Laurel,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New
York,bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument which is South 43 degrees 18 minutes West a distance of
3.24 feet from another concrete monument set on the dividing line between lands formerly of The
County of Suffolk at a point North 24 degrees 23 minutes West four hundred thirty-four and forty
seven one-hundredths of a foot(434.47)northerly from Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE South 43 degrees 18 minutes West 85.51 feet to another concrete
monument;
RUNNING THENCE along the arc of a curve bearing to the North with a radius of 29.68 feet a
distance of 64.95 feet to a monument;
RUNNING THENCE North 11 degrees 19 minutes West 75 feet;

May 19, 1926 which point is also the northwesterly comer of land of A. L. Downs and from said
point of beginning running South 27 degrees 2 minutes East (through a monument and stake set
to the North of Peconic Bay)377 feet along land of A.L.Down.to Peconic Bay;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along said Bay 10 feet to land of Stack;
RUNNING THENCE northerly and parallel with the first course along land of Stack to Peconic
Bay Boulevard aforesaid;
