Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 15 on map
entitled, "Map of Harbor View at Mattituck"filed in the Office of the Clerk in the County of Suffolk
on August 21, 1987 as Map Number 8377, said lot being more particularly bounded and described

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Willis Creek Drive at the division line between

RUNNING THENCE along the said southwesterly side of Willis Creek Drive along an arc of a
